Hey guys.. a little confused as to where to read my voltage from..

the Bios setting is 1.5 the actually value is 1.38 or sumin.. and cpuz says 1.432..

Where should i read my voltage from? and when they say 1.5 volts is the absolute max.... at where? Bios setting? or what cpuz says?

You will almost always get some voltage loss (vdroop). CPU-Z usually gives you the post droop voltage while bios gives you the voltage pre droop. I would go with cpu-z, but that is just one opinion.

I think, for safety, you would be best off limiting yourself to the 1.5V setting in the BIOS if that's the max recommended setting.

I'm just thinking that if the BIOS is putting out 1.5V accurately, then you may not want to exceed that. It depends on whether 1.5V is the max input voltage or not.

That said, a lot of people trust CPU-Z more than the BIOS to accurately read voltages. Since CPU-Z is reading the lowest voltage you may be able to bump it up a bit more to get to 1.5V actual voltage.
