where's the option to stretch screen at low res gaming in catalyst win7 x64?

I apologize, but it's been a while since I had an ATI card and I'm new to windows 7 catalyst.

I'm playing warcraft III and some old games but they don't have my max res. So I'm playing it with blank screen on both sides. I'm having a hard time figuring out on how to stretch it.
