I've decided to go with A GTX960 and was wondering which brand to choose? The difference between them is only around £20 which does not bother me.

1) Gigabyte
2) Gainward
3) Asus
4) EVGA

There is also the option to go down the 680 SLI route but to be 100% truthful I'd rather stick to one card. In terms of cost it will work out almost the same anyway.

Honestly, I dont think you can go wrong with any of them. Gainward isn't available in the US so I dont know their reputation very well. I'd go and look to see who has the best warranty. EVGA is usually fairly well known for having the best "customer service reputation" but they only have a 3 year warranty instead of the old lifetime warranty.

To be 100% truthful, I am stuck in between the 690 and the upcoming Titan but there are no comparisons between the two. God knows how much the Titan will be on sale for anyway.

No, it doesn't. Still a great card, but it isn't faster than the GTX 690 except in a few cases. If you have $1000 to spend, it's a pretty good choice.

I don't know where you guys are getting your information. A GTX 690 is better unless you overvolt your titan. Thats if they even allow it. Also if it pops like a flashbang like the 590 after overvolting you might have to suck up the losses.

Also getting ahold of one will take a while. The loss of performance and the time to get it made me choose a 690.

Werd. Every benchmark I saw showed the 690 beating Titan in 95% of scenarios.

Thanks for the replies.

Is EVGA's support the same in the U.K / E.U ?

Thanks again!
