I'm absolutely sick of the Skype interface. It never knows when people are online and I'm done with it.

However, since I'm in Madrid, Skype is the cheapest way to call home, so I have some credits on my account.

Is there another client that I can use that will use my Skype credit as well as letting me make video calls and the like?

Also, if possible, I'd like it to be able to host GChat and Facebook Chat!

And it needs to have a Linux version as well (or just Linux).

Thanks!

Mumble, perhaps? It's a great game chat client, but you should be able to just chat with friends easily, too. And, it's Open Source, which is nice.
