I'm probably going to sell my A8N-SLi Premium to a friend, because the max 1.45v vcore isn't working for me and I don't feel like doing a hard mod. I've only heard good things about DFI, so I decided to buy one from them. But I have a few questions about the models.

What is the difference between a nF4 SLI-D and a nF4 SLI-DR?

Also, what is the difference between the SLI models and the Ultra models?

DR and D are almost aloike, its more glam than anything. if your looking for tech support dont bother, they ubber suck.

the only differnce is that the SLI-DR has 4 more Sata ports than the SLI-D

other than that there are exactly the same

Their tech support is basically DFI Street (www.dfi-street.com), a community-run forum. You can basically find anything from there, so I would say it actually better than tech support. I would just get the SLI-D. It's cheaper and I can't really tell the difference between them (maybe the UV stuff, but that's about it...).

The SLI-DR I think has 4 SATA II ports on it instead of SATA 150.

So if the only difference is that the DR has 4 more SATA ports and looks cooler, I'm definetly going to go with the D. But what is the difference between the Ultra and the SLI?

The ultra wont let you use SLI.

Sorry to bring this thread back...but what is the difference between the UT and the non-UT models?

UT= UV Reactive.
Non-UT= Not UV Reactive.

(I think they should use UV instead of UT

Yeah...they should it's confusing. If they UT has UV...shouldn't it be more expensive though?
