I'm going to be installing a i5-4670k and MSI Z87-G41 mobo.
I'm looking at the driver's page for the motherboard, and I was wondering which drivers are mandatory installs? I am thinking the audio, ethernet, chipset, and USB 3.0 drivers (perhaps the VGA drivers, but I'm going to be using a dedicated GPU).
Also if I'm using the Sysprep method, I won't have to worry about reinstalling other drivers (i.e. my GPU drivers)?
Hard to find a clear answer, but according to the Asus reps it provides operating system access to low-level board changes for OS level overclocking. So tools like AI Suite use it to allow making changes to the multiplier, BCLK, ect, from within the OS. Depending on what tools you use you may or may not need it, but it doesn't hurt to install it either way.
