Which one is better?

I would pick the second card. It has better cooling because it has a bigger fan and its also clocked higher. In the Amazon description, it said the card has a lifetime warranty if registered within 30 days of purchase. The second card is also cheaper too.

The Amazon comment mention that the second card is not available for their graphic card step up program though, if you want to do that in the future.

I own the 2nd one, it is cooler/quieter but blows heat into case.

i own the second one but mines a SSC model not a stock bone model.

it's a nice card barely hear it when its being used entirely ^-^

It when you trade your graphic card to the EVGA company and pay some extra money to get a better graphic card. Basically upgrading your graphic card.
