Which one is better?

I would pick the second card. It has better cooling because it has a bigger fan and its also clocked higher. In the Amazon description, it said the card has a lifetime warranty if registered within 30 days of purchase. The second card is also cheaper too.

The Amazon comment mention that the second card is not available for their graphic card step up program though, if you want to do that in the future.

It when you trade your graphic card to the EVGA company and pay some extra money to get a better graphic card. Basically upgrading your graphic card. For example, you buy a GTX 460 and want to upgrade to a GTX 560 Ti, you would have to send your graphic card to the EVGA company and pay some extra money, and they would send you a GTX 560 Ti.
