I think he knows. Mushkin are elpedia. Corsairs are mixed bag dependent on version. If you're lucky, d9, if not, samsungs.

I don't know about saying Corsair is for sure going to be better ICs...

This thread is about DDR3-1600.
Not DDR2.

For DDR3, Micron isn't exactly special...i'd much rather have pretty much any other IC actually.
