Hello.

I'm looking for a new headset/headphones for gaming.

I have done some research and i think i wan't either the Astro a40, Sennheiser pc360 or the AD700X.

I have heard both good things and bad things about all of them so i don't know which one to pick.

The use is mainly going to be gaming(FPS) so i would like good soundstage but i would still like them to sound good.

But of there are another headset/headphones that you would recommend instead of these 3 please tell me.

Also do i need a soundcard? I currently use the one on my motherboard and it's a maximus v formula so it should be better than other motherboards.

Also i'm a noob when it comes to sound so there might be some things that i might not know what is.

Sorry if i might have mispelled some things i come from Denmark.

Free velour pads bundled with them (they usually cost ~20€). The price seems like a joke compared to USA 70$ price, especially when they didn't have the velour pads.

My pair should arrive on friday or monday. Then I can compare them to good old DT-770.

Afaik, d700x is very overpriced in europe. Beyerdynamic headphones are pretty cheap (made in Germany...) so I also recommend http://www.thomann.de/dk/beyerdynamic_dt990pro.htm
Soundcard with headphone amplifier (SBZ/Xonar STX/etc) is very much recommended to get with high impedance headphones like those.

Are you sure about the pads being included for free? I can't seem to find anything on the product page..
