Which is better?

Hello. I am looking for a good CPU cooler. I have browsed around the forum and found a lot of CPU cooler comparisons but nothing that would be helpful for me. I am looking for something to go from stock. My temp currently is 56C (with speed fan) on almost idle. By almost idle I mean windows media player playing a video. I am not overclocking so I cannot explain the temp. I am currently considering the

Vigor Monsoon III LT Dual 120mm Fan CPU Cooler

and the Thermaltake SpinQ Performance Series cooler

I need help picking from the two or any suggestions.

Price - until $65 but will bent if an extremely good cooler.

Thank you.

Sorry about that. Its a socket 775 Intel E8400. Mobo: EVGA 750i FTW.
What about the ones I mentioned? How do they compare?
What Juggalo23451 said. Dont waste your money on the two in your first post. Its unlikely you will get much lower than your current temps with those.

With CPU cooling in particular, you definitely get what you pay for.
So from the ones Juggalo23451 which would be the best for my situation? I know that true is pretty expensive, but I can buy it if it will be worth it.
What about the Thermalright IFX-14 Intel BP Inferno Fire eXtinguisher CPU Cooler?
I knw I am asking a lot of questions but I need to know the best choice for me. Buy once, and stick with it.

Or the Thermalright "Limited Edition" TRUE Black Ultra-120 eXtreme CPU Heatsink Rev C.?
I concur with Doat, Im currently using the Knights big brother and Im very happy with it. No doubt, there will be rigorous debate at too which is "best".

Megahalem is the best from what i read then TRUE and then xigmatek dark knight. Personally i think the Dark Knight is what you need it is very cheap and kept my q6600 clocked at 3.6ghz cool idle and load. It was an excellent excellent cooler.
Ok. Thank you all for your help and this will definitely cause me to consider these coolers.

One more question, is this a good sight to buy the Megahalems from?

OK. That you all for your help and thank you for your patience with me and the really quick replies. I will probably go mostly with the Megahalems or the Dark Knight. Again thank you and good night.
