I've heard that Rivatuner is much better than Coolbits, in that it will allow you to overclock higher. Coolbits seems to "err" on the side of caution and won't allow you to go higher than with Rivatuner. This is what I heard from reviews. Someone with first hand experience can give you a better idea.
