I happen to work in a data center which has thousands of servers; along with hundreds of Apple devices, Google devices, and Samsung devices. So when I talk about failure rate im using my work experience.
I see a lot of Samsung DIMMs fail and need RMA. I avoid Micron like the plague. Hynix not so much, they rarely require RMA. So my question is which DIMMs use Hynix chips? More specifically DDR4. Im looking at getting 4 DIMMs for an X99 build.
Edit: So it looks like Kingston HyperX uses Hynix.
