Gigabyte EP45-UD3P?

I'd probably take the P45 Neo-F, but then again I would never buy an MSI board.

Get the Neo-F -- just cuz I despise nvidia chipsets -- (I know, I have one

In order to OC well, you need a board liked Gigabyte EP45-UD3R/3P, it is from $99 to $115 on egg and well worthy.

Then I go with MSI P45 Neo-F in your list but quad OC will be limited.
