as title states:

Which would you get?

I'll be buying off newegg so any listed there around the 150-160 dollar range.

Let me know what you'd get. Prefer 6 gig kit.

Was leaning towards this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227501

but let me know if you don't agree and what'd you'd get.

OCZ is good but there rebates SUCK.

Also watch out some ram on the Bloodrage you have to set your times and voltage etc. so watch out.

I say 6gig since its triple channel,

8gigs (but that wouldn't work anyways) is to much 4gigs is fine but if you wanted to upgrade from 4 to 6 it would cost more.
Here this set is better:

Lower timings as the one you posted.

one reason I wanted to stick with the ocz was the 10% discount code: OCZTEN for newegg, it's good until tomorrow so.. wanted to see what I could get lol.

that kind I had posted in orginal post said it was made for i7 setups and x58 chipsets, unsure on how much what it says even matters really.. but it just looked good overall. Just seeing what others though before I make the purchase.

outta stock..

Other then the rebate, i would go with it.

If you get errors on post check your ram times in bios they might not be auto set and you will have to put them in yourself.

What's a good timing to look for? I thought higher numbers on that, the better. I was misinformed apparently lol.

Yes lower latency is better. They may be out of stock but it's still a good deal. I guess it depends on if you are impatient or not

OCZ rebates take like 4-5 months it seems, it's absurd. As far as ram goes for the bloodrage I know the OCZ Blade has some compatibility issues, im not sure about other OCZ types though. Personally, although that RAM is good, I'd get some kingston, muskin, or g.skill tridents so you won't be holding that beautiful board and CPU back

found some new info on the ram I had posted originally that may be good.

Designed to significantly increase performance levels of the entire platform, these modules feature Intel Extreme Memory Profiles (XMP), a proprietary extension of SPD (Serial Presence Detect) settings that act as an integrated "plug and play" overclocking tool. The new Extreme Memory Profile options on the new OCZ DDR3 modules allow the end user to select ultimate performance through a framework of predefined and validated optimizations of individual settings without the hassle of manually adjusting each parameter, so the timings, voltage, and speed boot automatically for maximum performance

That wasn't the point I was trying to make/get at by posting that. Just seemed interesting as I didn't hear of it before. No need to pick something apart only to call it marketing, I haven't seen any "facts" that it is otherwise what it says.

anyhow, purchased it.
