ASUS... omg in US prices are so cheap!!! we pay the same numbers in UK but using pounds (x1.7)
btw i built a pc a months ago using mATX version of this board - very very nicely layed out pcb. even mATX version had all the OC functions!
The asus has the edge on this. Price about the same, runs the same 750SB, clock functions slightly better.
I'd definitely say that the ASUS is the better motherboard in this comparison. It has better ram OC capabilites (1800 vs 1600), more USB ports (8 vs 6), more SATA II connections (7+1 eSATA vs 6+0 eSATA), and more PS2 ports (2 vs 1). It's disadvantages are that it has few Firewire ports (1 vs 2 and who uses that anyway), fewer onboard USB ports (4 vs 6), and fewer PCI Express x1 (2 vs 3).
I would opt for the Asus, although the gigabyte boards are very very good as well.
Up side of the Gigabyte is the ability to use Hybrid Graphics.

Hey, my review is the first one! Also, despite what they say, they did not have the C3 CPU listed yet on the compatible CPU list when I wrote that review. (Small rant).

The gigabyte, not only does it have a 8 pin CPU power plug, but it also is a great overclocker, unlocker, and a Gigabyte.
I love the ASUS. It is what I am using now. Got an awesome open box deal on newegg for $80 and it works wonderfully.
