Which of these two 1156 boards would you pick? (Asrock and Gigabyte)

I'm helping out a friend with a new i5-750 build and I've settled on $140.00 being the set price for the motherboard since it is a budget build. My question is, which of these two boards would you pick? My main concern is overclocking since he'd like to take to the CPU to at least 4.0 GHz at some point and crossfire may be an option in the future since this build will include an HD 5770.

Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3R

Or

Asrock P55 Extreme

I'm inclined to go with the Gigabyte board since I've had past experiences with their reliability and plentiful overclocking features. The two ounces of copper in the PCB feature is also very appealing for better temps and less EMI.

Gigabyte no doubt - everyone else who responds will say the same thing. They've earned a stamp of approval here on OCN with their reliability, OCability, and all around awesomeness

Gigabyte
And depending on the future needs, look into the P55A boards with USB/SATA 3 capabilities.

Sweet. I wasn't even aware that SATA 3 capable Gigabyte boards were out already.
