Please put aside the r9 390 vs gtx 970 comparisions, just tell me which one of those 2 should i get based on the producer,OC, etc.
They both are cheaper than other r9/970 thats why iam buying one of them

This does not qualify as an "Emergency".

You're also comparing apples to oranges. Either you want a R9 390, or you want a GTX 970. Make up your mind based on performance, brand loyalty, or whatever - but you're going to need to decide on your own.

My advice is get the EVGA 970, only because I like GSync and nVidia 3D. Both are decent choices.

The 390 is the faster card but it's volt locked so your not going to get the best oc out of it (~1100MHz maybe, which still isn't bad). It will also use more power.

With the information you've provided surrounding your situation (which is basically nothing), I would say go with the 970. However, if you provide information like "I'm going to be gaming at resolutions greater than 1080P" we could make the argument that the 8GB of VRAM in the 390 may be more beneficial to you. However, with knowing no information, I would recommend the 970 since you can OC it and use less power/generate less heat.
