<img src="/images/smilies/confused.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Confused" class="inlineimg" /> I'm using SpeedFan software to monitor my temps...but not able to tell which on is the cpu temp. Which one is it? Hey they have a Speed-fan FAQ that tells you how to read all that..I looked and couldn't find it.. Go look around in the FAQ section....

I took an average of all those temps and it came to about 27 Degrees, which sounds about right....<br />

I know this really doesn't help, but it will at least this thread back to the top for someone smarter than me <img src="/images/smilies/thumb.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Thumb" class="inlineimg" />

Use <a href="http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=103638" target="_blank">Core Temp</a> to watch your temps! Its better than speedfan and it runs in background ...

temp 1...but there are two *scratches head*<br />

EDIT: you can register the mobo online and it shoukd pick the proper names up for you, i think gonX did an FAQ on it!

i would say its more likely the bottom temp 1 considering your cpu fan is on 67%.<br />

But please don't take my word for it!

If you have probe opened and check.You see the cpu temp and compare.In speefan 4.30 is the 1st one.<br><a href="http://assets.overclock.net.s3.amazonaws.com/c/cf/cf052a94_vbattach34221.jpeg"><img src="http://www.overclock.net/image/id/616272/width/525/height/525/flags/LL"></a>

It is Temp 2. I have used speedfan on more than 15 boards and when it displays 3 temp numbers, I have noticed that it detects chipset temp, proc temp and acpi temp in this particular manner. check with core temp to confirm<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Thumb">

put CPU under 100% load and see which temp rises quickest
