Both use TCCD so it's up to you... but if you ask me they're both overpriced.

take a look at g.skill or OCZ platinum rev. 2. even though they are both rated at DDR400 they'll clock to about DDR600 without a hitch.

my OCZ platinum rev. 2 will do
DDR400 @ 2-2-2-5
DDR500 @ 2.5-3-3-7
DDR600 @ 2.5-4-4-8
DDR640 @ 2.5-4-4-8

cheers

I wouldn't get the Corsair 3200XL. it's overpriced and even though it uses TCCD, the corsair modules typically don't perform as well as OCZ or g.skill TCCD.

And you're safe buying OCZ platinum rev. 2 as OCZ hasn't put TCC5 chips in since August so unless you buy from a place that has had them sitting on the shelf since summer you'll get TCCD.

if you want the best TCCD you can get then go for some g.skill or OCZ Platinum pc4800.

g.skill also has some good DDR400 TCCD chips, but it looks like newegg doesn't have them at the moment.

although, have you thought about getting some quality 1gb sticks?
