Should I overclock my unlocked XP 2500+ using larger multiplier or by adjusting FSB? Also mt p/s is only 250 watts. Could that small poersupply hurt my performance and overclocking abilities? Also if I overclock my cpu by using the multiplier only my temps are about50 celcius with a stock heatsink. If I use something like a Volcano 7+, Should I be able to go higherwith the overclock. If I only overclock using the multiplier then does that overclock just my CPU and not my RAM also?

XP 2500+ (Barton)

A 250watt PSU is going to kill you, that's very weak. Increasing both the FSB and multiplier to attain the maximum clock speed and FSB will yield the best performance. Only thing that will generate more heat is increasing the core voltage. More cooling will usually allow more vcore which helps in overclocking.
