The Dell. It offers a slightly higher contrast ratio, and it's two inches bigger. Besides that' they're basically the same. Both have a response time of 16ms, which isn't "good", by gaming standards.
They're both decent. But if you want a good gaming monitor then you need one with lower response time, 2 or 5ms are the standards for a gaming monitor. But if you can't get one that's more expensive, then I would have to concur with Conley on the Dell.

EDIT: Btw the reason that your 52" "lags" is probaply because of input lag and not the actual response time. A TV with 8ms response time shouldn't have noticeable lag.
