Well I was just wondering if i could get your guys opinions on which would be faster.

VS.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145575

now i think it just may be the one on top because they both operate at 200MHz but the top one has tighter timmings but what do you guys think

It's comparing apples with oranges a little bit. The top kit has slightly tighter timings, but it's only 1GB, while the bottom kit is 2GB. Smaller sticks generally have tighter timings.

In benchies, the smaller kit will edge out the larger kit by a hair, but there are several applications/games that love the 2GB. Thus, in real world applications, the 2GB kit is the definate winner imo.

Fastest? Hard to tell, but I know I would go with the 2GB kit.

I third Chozart & Hobo. Get the 2gigs. Especially if you're a gamer, but also as time goes by - you'll need it. The next question however, you might ask yourself is what 2gig sticks would be more favorable to O'Clocking?

You already have XMS xpert Rams! I would go with G.Skill HZ 2x 1GB DDR500 or Ballistix 2x 1GB with -5B G chips!
