1) Samsung (typically good quality, good customer service, easy to navigate webpage)
2) EVGA (great webpage, excellent customer service, accept eBay purchases under warranty)
3) FrozenCPU (good customer service, fast shipping)

Not really any other companies that I can really vouch for, so I don't want to list anymore. I think if you can deal with certain companies on several occasions and be happy with how they treat you as a customer, they are doing it right.
