Hey Guys need a little help and tips here...

I have an Intel e8200 and I can't get it above 3.68 Ghz.

I can't get my ram timings right either (that's just because I'm a noob
)

So can anyone help me a little with tuning my computer...

Here are some pics of my bios settings...

no i mean to get a 1:1 ratio cpu to ram...

example if your FSB is 1800, your memory should be 900

wether or not it can handle it or it downclocks it dosn't matter... you want to test your CPU stability using that 1:1 ratio.
