I am always stuck at 700/1220 when i try 705/1220 or whatever it causes instability, i keep getting signs like D3DERR_DEVICELOST signs in 3dmark06 or "your driver has stopped and has succesfully recovered.

here's my settings btw.

Probably power issues (gpu power, not PSU), adding secondary caps would probably give you a bit more stable power to get the extra strap. After that it would be volt modding.

Temps also play a role, a good aftermarket cooler may allow more OC headroom.

70° loaded is fine for temps & all, but at 50° or lower loaded you could probably get a bit higher stable clocks. Cooling upgrades are the easiest way to improve overclockability.
Secondary caps help lessen the ripple in voltage, cleaner filtered power going to the GPU can mean better clocks as well, but requires a soldering iron (not quite as hardcore as full on voltmod though, caps are bigger & easier to work with).
