ok i go to oc and up the ram just a tad (205 or 210 vs 200) and then i drop just a tad (11 to 10 or 9) up the cpu and ram voltages and then it boots for a quarter second then shuts down and wont post? till reset bios and stock speeds. now i no my psu only has 18a on 12v but earlier on I had it running fine at like 260. WTH

i would say stick to the CPU clock speeds and move them up...change the voltage on the RAM to 2.7 or 2.8 and leave the divider the same until you start going over 220 then run a divider...i would let the comptuer run all the way into Windows, then restart, do it again and again until everything works and write it all down.

Hmmm...i have your same mb and it's picky about voltages. Leave your voltages alone for now, and take very small steps. When your system starts getting unstable again, then start raising your voltages.
