Earlier, when I looked at CPUz and saw my bclock, it was around 99.8 mhz ( my bios said it was 100.0) but now it says 100.3 mhz. Is there anything wrong or bad with this. (I never changed any setting in the bios for my bclock)

IIRC spread spectrum has something to do with electrical interference, if enabled it can help, however for older gen chip, it was recommended to disable it for stability. For sandy brisge, it is recommended to leave it on unless you're are messing around with the bclk or if the bus speed is showing a lower value than 100 (99.8 etc).

You don't have to worry about this at all...

I disabled Spread Spectrum in the BIOS but it hasn't changed the bclock. But does it make that much of a difference anyways if it's a bit high or low?
