What are your system specs?
Oh sorry I forgot to mention them they are
Amd 8350 at 4.3ghz
Gtx 770
600w
And using Fraps to show fps.
Whats your PSU and how are your benchmarks?
Don't use fraps. Try MSI Afterburner and tick the show frames per second in the OSD.
I thought fraps stressed the hardware and dropped the FPS while its running?

There is no counter in those videos so I don't understand why you are even looking at those. Your 770 is essentially an 680 and a 70fps average on all ultra @ 1080p sounds right. I don't know where you are getting this 80 from. People love to lie about performance for some reason.
don't concern yourself on the average fps like the bs review sites. look at your minimum fps. keep it as high as you can with either oc'ing the cpu, gpu or both.
Only problem I have with my 770 supper overclocked is It was crashes when I try to manually overclock it my evga gtx 680 maintain higher frames because it easily overclock able. But the performance is very good if your not trying to run every singles thing on ultra you might need at least two 770 if you wanna have stable frames. In bf3 Im able to get 70 - 100 but I don't really play on ultra that was for testing purposes only . I keep every thing on low except ofr meshing which is on ultra
Its capped at 70fps even in low graphics game like Fallout 3 and NV

Make sure you don't have fps limiter enabled in EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner
You did not answer about which PSU you have?
