You can check using Ryzen Master, vDDG will only show you one value so post that one

And at what frequency is your IF (Infinity Fabric) running at ?

vSOC : 1.05
vDDP : .95
vDDG IOD 1.0
vDDG CCD 1.0

3800mhz : 1900 1:1
If you drop to 3733/1866 or 3666/1833 1:1 does the audio problem stop ?

My 486 used to sound like that when it was trying hard to process something.

#1- Where do YOU think the noise is coming from?
#2- When did it start? After any configuration changes or has it always been there?

Sorry, I misunderstood your issue.

I assumed you was hearing this sound in your speakers/earphones.

Now I have understood it is coming from the motherboard.

That means it is just "coil whine"

See link below

No sorry i didn't explain it better, its in the case not in my headphones, its ******* annoying.

I don't know if it is my mobo just sounds like its my whole pc, no matter where i put my ear it is just as loud.

I hope its not coil whine because from that article it says there is no FIX

edit: i put my headphones on so i dont have to listen to it
