Just CPU for now will be adding a GPU block into the loop in a few months but I will have an upgraded pump by then.

If it couldn't then I would give up watercooling forever.

get you a

xspc 750 res/pump combo
swiftech 320qp (360 rad)
3 fans (medium speed)
and a heatkiller v3 LT cpu block
if you have the money go for the full heatkiller 3
or the ek hf even

add some tubing and barb fittings and you have everything and u can add a gpu later

if it's just your CPU and radiator and res, that pump will be perfectly fine. it only becomes an issue once you start adding multiple GPU blocks, northbridge blocks, mosfet blocks (etc etc). but what you have is perfectly fine.
