Will Antec 500 EarthWatt enough for a mild i5 OC?

Hi all, first post here.

I'm new to OCin and I tried to oc my E6750 to 3.2 this past week. I have an i5-750, 4G OCZ DDR2-1600, and a GA-P55M-UD2 coming my way. I am wondering if my 500W will be enough for a mild OC with my i5. My aim is about 3.5 to 3.7 on my i5.

Rest of spec.

2 SATA HDD (Vista Home Pre. 32 on one, XP Home 32 on the other)
BFG 8800GT OC 512MB @ Stock
2 optical drive.
Antec 500W EarthWatt.

Thank you for help!

Yes, that will be more than enough.
I'm pretty sure 500w will be enough for a mild cpu overclock with a single graphics card. It's a pretty solid psu.
Yeah that will be fine.

This whole hype up about PSU's is a big scam.... I'd say 90% of the rigs on this site don't need anything more than a 500-600w PSU.
minium for a system like that is 400w-450w, your fine.
