I built my rig about 8 minutes ago. It's my first one. It overclocks pretty well, but i was wondering if better RAM could get mine to a higher OC than 3.6 GHz. Also maybe give me a more stable OC.

well yes faster ram makes for higher OCs but what are your temps?
btw welcome to the forums dude
also you may want some better case fans. they are available at those sites. and yes pc4000 is a beast although patriot is cheaper than kingston and i have also heard better things about ocz. i like my corsair but i should have gotten the 4000 as it was only $.50 more.
prob go with ocz since it has been provin by several peeps on overclock.net to overclock well. and its shiny and the heatsinks are good to have
get ocz gold 4000. 125 a stick of 512 and very worth it. A good heatsink is the xp-90 pair that with a 92 mm fan and your northwood will be a lot cooler
