Will it fit?

Xonar D2 (PCI) In the Asus Striker II Formula 780i motherboard whilst I have 2x GTX260's in SLI (Top and bottom slot.) I have a free PCI slot so i'm guessing it will. However not really sure how thick the sound card is? Is it just a standard single slot?

EDIT: If I buy a D2X version which has the PCI-E connection will it fit up top above my primary graphics card without hitting into my RAM slots?

Yes it should, I have the D2X and its width is less than 3/4 inch and sits in the PCI-E x1 slot above my 8800GT's. It hits the ram clips for me so you might want to see if your board has more room. It's a great card though
. Make sure you have a floppy power connector too.

Yes, your TX750 does have two floppy connectors located at the end of two of the Molex cables.

The D2X is a pretty long card and generally it doesn't fit well into motherboards with PCIe x1 slots above the video card. On my friend's EP45-UD3P, he has to use a PCI-e x8 slot for the D2X.

Oh right glad to hear the PSU is suitable. I thought it would be

Yeah i just saw my friends xonar and it's pretty big... Think i'll just have to go with the D2 with the PCI interface and but it inbetween my GPU's. What a beasty sammich that makes.
