i currently have an old p4b asus motherboard and would like to upgrade.

i'd like to actually buy the Asus P4P800SE but with money constraints, i was wondering if i could still use my p4 2.6 northwood 400fsb with the new motherboard? on the asus site it says it's backward compatible with 400fsb but it just says "Supports Intel Prescott CPU" in the specs.

when i can afford it later, i could buy a new cpu and new memory.

thanks
