Hey,
Iam considering getting a GTX 295 and wondering if my CPU (E6750 @ 3.53Ghz) gonna hold it back much?

I play at 1600x1200 res.

Its not gonna hold you back much at all.

There isn't really such a thing as a bottle neck, until you try to sli on a dual core with todays cards being so powerful.

not to bad, ran a crossfire setup 3870+3850 on an X2 4200, it bottlenecked up to 1600x1200 (before i sold my 21in CRT) at that i saw a boost, there is always a bottleneck.
We get system memory because the hard drive is to slow, we more video memory because onboard ram is to slow. there is always one, no way around it
