Will my PSU be enough for my new E8400 and UD3P?

My new parts should arrive tomorrow and I'm wondering whether or not I'll be able to overclock with my PSU. I think the wattage is fine, but I'm worried as to whether or not my PSU could damage my new components. I'll be getting a corsair 750 when I get the cash.

It'll be fine for a dual core/ single GPU rig.
The E8400 is 65w which is the same as X2 4600+ Windsor. OC e8400 can take up to 100w but at stock, it shoud be fine for now.

Yep, that's the one I'm considering. I just know ultra has a bad reputation and I want to make sure it's ok before I install my new parts.
