yup youre good to go. they should work together just fine


however, just be aware that the board you have listed can only support dual channel speeds on TWO 1066 RAM modules (the type of memory you chose) maximum. in other words, you would be fine right now, but if you ever wanted to buy another set of that same memory in the future (for a total of 8GB of RAM), you would be forced to run each module at single-channel speeds.

good to see that DDR2 is slowly coming back down to reality in prices again too, hopefully these companies keep pumping DDR2 out of their factories for a little while longer!

For a few more bucks you could get these:
G-Skill PI 8800 2x2GB
It's definitely worth the difference in price compared to those 8500's.

Edit: ah, sort of misunderstood, but yeah those sticks will work.
