I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue at 4.5Ghz... as the poster above said, 4.0 should be fine and pretty easy too.

Read this guide?

http://www.overclock.net/amd-general/91-ultimate-overclocking-guide.html

Happy to help; ur txt speeks kilin me tho!

Read it slowly several times. It helped me no end. I don't want to sound patronising but my general help would simply be this but rehashed, poorly. It's much better to go slowly and develop a sound understanding of the basics.

Come back if you're stuck.

Youtube has great tutorials too.

Until you touch the volts, you don't have to worry about messing up your PC whatsoever. The worst that will happen is having to reset your CMOS; really easy

"Remove the CMOS battery for 5 minutes causing the computer to forget all settings. Removing the CMOS battery like the one shown in the picture below will cause the system to loose all CMOS settings. To do this locate and remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard for at least five-minutes. After this has been done put the battery back into the computer and turn it back on."

I think SB runs on multiplier, so reboot, go onto BIOS, and it one of the options should be CPU settings, and then up the multiplier, but I think your mobo has auto OC mode, I'd use that till your really sure what you're doing.
