Will these QDC's fit 7/16 tubing?

Will these QDC's fit Masterkleer 7/16 ID 5/8 OD tubing?

Male

Or would it be a better idea to get these kind, it looks like I can attach a barb to them:

Hi there, it looks as if you'll be able to use those quick disconnects if they're 1/2" barbs.

I myself have gone with Danger Den fatboy 1/2" fittings to use with 7/16" tubing.
