When using MBM5 to measure temps should I set CPU sensor to Winbond 2 or Wimbond 3? Winbond 3 shows stable temps of around 42 degrees when idle (without any overclocking) and Winbond 2 shows temps of around 50-52 degrees without any overclocking.

I would compare the Winbond temps to the temps in your BIOS and choose which ever Winbond temp is closest.
