Hi,

After clean install to windows 10, my lg monitor not showing bios splash screen (black screen) and the picture come up when log on screen to windows.

With windows 7 and 8.1 my lg monitor works fine.

I test it with my second monitor samsung and bios splash screen appear normal.

My setup:

Dual monitor lg and samsung

graphic card GTX 670 update it to latest drivers
windows updated
motherboard updated

I test my lg
1. with no second monitor
2. with hdmi to hdmi
3. with dvi to hdmi

With my samsung monitor all above cobinations works fine.

Can you help me find a solution for this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Have you tried dvi to dvi ?
I'm sure it's coming up just not on the monitor that 10 shows as primary.

Could also be fast start kicking in on 10 which would not show bios screen if the machine was waking from hibernation state.
When you shut down use right click start buttons power menus
Or Winkey+x and type uu for shut down or ur for restart.

Hi, the problem is that only happens on lg monitor.

Because i try,
to connect only lg monitor in my gpu with hdmi - hdmi, dvi - hdmi and black bios splash screen.

My samsung connect it alone works with both cables.

With windows 7 both monitors works fine.

Fast boot is disabled.

Maybe is the windows 10 drivers to monitor? Already search for other drivers.

My monitor is lg m2550d.

Thx for reply.
