Windows 7 - Dragging windows off screen?

I thought that windows 7 would automatically resize windows so they couldn't be dragged off screen.. and then when you dragged them back they'd automatically resize to the normal position.

I'm on build 7048 (Latest) and I don't see this happening, or a option to enable it.

Is it added yet, or did they remove this feature?

If you drag a window to the top of the screen, hold it there for a second and it should resize to the whole screen. If you drag it to the top corners, it should resize to the half the screen on that side. I'm not sure if there is an option, but it worked for me right after install.

QFT. Super (Windows key) + the arrow buttons will allow you full-screen minimize, full-screen maximize and 'snap' windows to fill one half of your screen.

You can also just drag the window to the bottom, top or sides of the screen to achieve the same effect.
