Yep. Windows 7 Home does not have the ability to remote to it. You can reomte from it but not to it.

EDIT: Okay sorry. I looked into termserv.dll, and its used for concurrent sessions (one can be logged in physically, while someone else logs in remotely at the same time). A google search yielded this:
