Windows 7, Repeating Sound

I can't figure out what it is... Its like a "bebloop" sound every minute or so, i've tried running a indepth process manager program to figure out what was causing it and it didn't find anything.

It's driving me insane, any ideas?

Yeah this was happening to me a while ago. I never figured it out but I think my HDD cable was coming lose and then was being picked up again.
