I'm on Microsoft's Windows 7 SP1 download page, but there are a dozen downloads of various sizes... are they all SP1?

SP1 32-bit is about 550 MB, 64-bit is about 920 MB.

One of the last two .EXE's is the one you want if you're upgrading a Win7 system.

The actual Windows 7 Retail SP1 DVD I believe save you the trouble of having to redownload
SP1 every time you reformat and reinstall of course its optional you can just update the sytem
like normal
