ok so I tried to update to 13.2 beta drivers and got a black screen then a BSOD and my computer restarts (the is the LITTLE Giant in my sig)

odd so I tried and go back to 13.1 same thing

I tried running the uninstall utility found here

same thing...I can uninstall from control pannel but if I try and install any AMD/ATI driver I BSOD

Boot into Safe Mode and you can uninstall pretty much anything, video drivers for sure.

You might want to get Driver Sweaper though and run that in safe mode. It will remove all traces of your driver and any installed previously.
