I got all my parts yesterday. Built the whole thing without any problem. For now I installed Windows Xp on it but there is a problem. windows is not recognizing the phenom II 920. when I go to device manager and look under processor it just says AMD processor model unknown but cpuz recognizes it. Is there a fix to this problem?

"Unknown CPU Type" is just a BIOS thing and shouldn't make any difference how the cpu runs.

Check and make sure the BIOS version you use supports the CPU, if not - see if there is an upgrade that does.
It's possible that your motherboard didn't originaly support that speed of CPU either.

Sounds like you might need a BIOS update. Some motherboards needed them to support Phenom II chips

I would check the support forum of your motherboard manufacturer to see if there is an update the Phenom II line.
