The Adamo is a beautifully designed notebook computer that in its basic model comes with a 1.2 GHz Intel Core2Duo processor, 2 GB memory and 128GB solid state drive. It also offers two USB ports, one USB/eSATA port and a display port. But all of that carries a stiff price tag. The basic version of the Adamo will cost $2000, while a more expensive model costs $2700.

I dont have a stick long enough to want to attempt to touch an under performing money sink hole like that.
Might as well buy a Voodoo Envy 133.

Looks like it's trying to be a MBP...
and it's just as expensive.

I'd take a 1.2GHz Core2Duo over my crappy 1.8GHz single-core Turion (that's right, S754 baby!). Not for 2 grand though...

I'm hoping for some dual-core netbooks soon. I'd gladly pay just a tad more than a current netbook for a dual-core netbook. But on the other hand, I really like a truly usable screen, so I dunno...

I don't think so, any silver laptop of that size is going have similar looks, but this one is underpowered. Similar in price though

The keyboard font is kinda neat, but not $2,000-$2,700 neat. I'll stick with my $300 X61 thankyouverymuch.

what makes it expensive at the first place? aesthetics isnt that important.. well not really but the spec to price ratio is crazy. rather build an i7 with a tri sli gtx295 with that money.
The Adamo is on the Dell website if you really need to look at it.
