hello everyone
a friend of mine is selling his desktop with an I7 2600k, a 6970, a pretty decent mobo 8gb ram and a corsair 750w in a black phantom case. it has been barely used and comes with a 500gb HDD. never been overclocked.
what do you think?

I'd say it's worth it. I mean a 2600k still goes for over $300, and a 6970 is around the same.

From what I can see, 700 is below build-cost, which is kind of insane.

is there a way to test the system. Would suggest you to test it using IBT, Heaven. AIDA 64 .

believe me, he never used it. we hang out a lot and 95% of the time it sat there unplugged and kept safe. testing it now and it runs very smoothly, the 6970 tops 81c at 47% fan.

plus I get a load of games

I would pick that rigg up in a heartbeat if i had the money. Buy it and either keep it for yourself or resell it , $700 dollars? thats below asking price would think that rigg would atleast go for 850- 900 dollars. Buy it before he changes his mind on the price lol
