yes, I was wondering if I could damage the motherboard by using it, even if it works great on a amd pc with a 7750x2 or p4 systems.
I ask this since it would be pure awesomeness to do a 3d01se run (or maybe 06 emulating sm2
- epic)or play those old glide games with a REAL card enjoying the sweet own FSAA of the voodoo lol. I also know that I could just use a glide wrapper but there's nothing like having the real card (even better with an i7) and I sometimes feel a bit adventurous

Thank you guys for your help!

Shouldn't hurt anything.

If you know it works, then there is no reason for there to be an issue.

Getting proper drivers and using/having an adequate OS are the obstacles.

well, if I can use the card without having to bother about the motherboard the drivers also aren't a problem
cuz in 3dfxzone there is a x64 version compatible with nt 5.1-6 of the SFFT driver
